The Customer Info link allows you to view various details regarding customers associated with different sales orders.
The Edit RMA link allows you to modify item RMA details
Status: This is the stage of the RMA Process
Order Type: This is the type of order associated with the item under RMA
Search For RMA Item: This is the returned item name
