The PR Clock screen allows you to track employee attendance. You are able to filter based on different information such as User, Employee and the time range for easier payroll processing.

User: This indicates the name of the user on the PR system

Time in: This is the time the employee clocks in

Time out: This is the time the employee clocks out

Activity: This describes the kind of work done

Wage: This is the employee wage rate

Approved: This is a checkbox indicating if the employee hours have been approved

Sent to PR: This indicates whether or not the hours have been sent to payroll for onward processing

Notes: This is additional information on the employee hours

Delete: This allows you to purge any clocked hours
