The Add New General Ledger Form Screen allows you to Add New form Standard layouts and specifications and include the layout, specification, and process of creating financial statements. You are also able to specify if it is either standard/predefined or custom form templates that can be customized as per user needs

Form Name: This is the type of financial statement

Form Title: This is the name of your financial report

General Ledger Year: This is the year the GL was set-up

Please select your account(s): Allows you to select the accounts including account details associated with the form for presentation purposes.
