The GL Details screen summarizes and classifies financial activities. It includes the GL Entries, Account Number, Location, whether account is Inactive, the Account Description, the Statement Account Type (Asset or Liability), Function Type and any account additional details.

The upper section allows you to search a GL Entry based on account number or description.

The lower section of this screen includes a listing of various accounts in the GL

Account Number: There are the account numbers for various accounts in the GL

Location: This is the division that the account is held in.

Inactive: Indicates whether the account is active or dormant

Account Description: This is detailed information on the account

Statement Account Type: indicates if it is a liability or asset account

Function Type: Describes the financial statement corresponding to the account. If balance sheet, P& L etc.
