Each time any financial activity occurs in any area of accounting, the amount of the activity is recorded under the appropriate G/L account number to help in generating employee payroll.

Employee: This is the name of the employee
	
Start Time: This is when the employee starts working
	
Location: This is the division the employee is based in.

Activity: This is work activities involved

Project #: This is a unique project identification number
 	
Sub-Pro: This is any sub-activities involved in the work.
 	
Machine Code: This is a unique working machine identification number.
	
% completed: This is the percentage of work done.
 	
Notes: This is any additional information related to the job.
