Setting up a template helps you to quickly use a document eg voucher when a certain time interval falls due without creating from scratch. It merely simplifies the process of creating such vouchers and ensures consistency and accuracy for them.

You can search for a template based on template order number, name, customer, type and status then clicking **View Templates**

Template Order#: This is the sales identification number 	

Template Name: This is a unique name give to the sales template
 	
Customer:This the customer name
   
Template Type: These are different sales categories created in the system
	
Status: Describes whether order is complete or incomplete
