Register: This is the POS register name

Quote: This is the unique quotation number

Order Type: This describes how the order was placed such as POS order, Phone order, Service order, Ebay order etc.

To Generate reports: This describes how reports will be generated such as after update.

 Item Name: This is the name of the item you are interested in placing an order for.

Part #: This is the unique item parts number

Quantity: This is the number of items required

Details: This is the item description

Discount: This is the amount of discount available for the item

Unit Price: This is the cost of a single item

Total Price: This is the total cost of the items
