The [[wiki.openpro.com/doku.php?id=products:financial:accounts-receivable:ar-app-guide:chap21|Sales Reps Summary]] Screen shows a summary of all the sales made by the sales representatives. The upper part of the screen allows you to select the location,year and sales rep for which you want to view the summary. 

You can also use the **Search** functionality to search for a specific sales rep for whom you want to see their Sales Summary.

Rep No : This is a unique identifier number for the sales representatives.

Rep Name : These are the names of representatives that make the sales

Year : This is the year when the sale is made

Period: This is the company period when the sale is made

Sale Type : This defines whether the sale is active or indirect/inactive

No of Line items: This is the total number of items sold

Total Sales : This is the total value of sales made

Amount Paid: This is the amount paid based on invoices

Cost : This the amount the items cost

Gross Margin: This is the total sales revenues minus cost of items

Markup: This is the amount added on cost of items before being sold

No Unit: This is the number of units sold
