Location: This is the division the account is asscociated with	

Account: These are the account numbers 	

Description: This is detailed information on the account (account names)
 	
Beginning Balance: This is the account balance as of the beginning of the trial balance generation period 
	
Debits: These are the debits total for the accounts within the defined period 	

Credits: These are the debits total for the accounts within the defined period 	

Change: This is the variance between beginning and end balances 	

Ending Balance: This is the account balance at the end of the defined period for trial balance purposes
