The [[http://wiki.openpro.com/doku.php?id=products:distribution:order-entry:so-app-guide|Purge Quotes by Reps]] Screen allows you to delete/remove all quotations in the system up to a certain defined date based on the sales representative selection. Once you set a date and click **View Quotes** to view a listing of the quotes by the sales rep, you can select the ones you want to remove and click **Delete Selected Quotes**
