The [[http://wiki.openpro.com/doku.php?id=products:distribution:order-entry:so-app-guide|Remove Old Orders by rep]] Screen allows you to delete old orders up to a certain selected date based on the respective sales representative. Once you select the last date in the **Last date to keep** text box, click **View Orders** to see all the affected orders grouped by the sales rep.

Order Num: This is a unique order number

Customer: This is the customer name

Status: This is the order status usually for tracking purposes

Total Price: This is the total order value

Order Date: This is the date when order was placed
