The [[http://wiki.openpro.com/doku.php?id=products:distribution:inventory-control:inventory-control|Item History]] tab allows you to view all transactions related to an item over a length of time. You can view Summary Yearly, Summary Monthly, Summary Weekly and Weekly Sales.

Year: This is the selected year for which you are viewing the sales transactions related to an item

Sale Type: Describes whether this is an active or inactive sale

Part #: This is the item part number

Store: This is the name of the store where the transaction occurred

Dollar Sales: This is value of item sales in dollars

Dollar Returned: This is the value of returned items in dollars

Beg. Balance: This is the item balance at the start of the selected period

Quantity Sold: This is the number of items sold during selected period

Received Quantity: This is the number of items received from vendors

Quantity Returned: This is the total number of items returned to the store

Quantity Used: This is the number of items used within the store
