The Remove Old Orders by rep Screen allows you to delete old orders up to a certain selected date based on the respective sales representative. Once you select the last date in the Last date to keep text box, click View Orders to see all the affected orders grouped by the sales rep.

To update once program is working

Order Num: This is a unique order number

Customer: This is the customer name

Status: This is the order status usually for tracking purposes

Total Price: This is the total order value

Order Date: This is the date when order was placed

View: Allows you to drill down and view order details
