The Trial Balance w/unposted Screen allows the user to view initial financial balances of your accounts for any given period of time before they are posted to the more permanent General Ledger File.

The upper section allows you to filter the details you need to populate based on account number, GL beginning and end date, location and whether you need detailed or a summary.

The lower section shows a listing of your accounts before posting. This is based on filters defined in upper section.

Location: This is the division the account is asscociated with

Account: These are the account numbers

Description: This is detailed information on the account (account names)

Beginning Balance: This is the account balance as of the beginning of the trial balance generation period

Debits: These are the debits total for the accounts within the defined period

Credits: These are the debits total for the accounts within the defined period

Change: This is the variance between beginning and end balances

Ending Balance: This is the account balance at the end of the defined period for trial balance purposes
