The PO Calendar Load screen allows you to create purchase order delivery schedule to help you in tracking all deliveries against the PO. Once you create calendar entries, you will be able to monitor which Purchase Orders are due on the scheduled days thus you will not miss out on any orders.

Start Date: This is when deliveries start

End Date: This is the last date of PO goods delivery

Start Time: This is the time the deliveries start

End Time: This is the time the deliveries end

Vendor: This is the vendor supplying the goods

Buyer: This is the customer name

Days Of Week: These are the week days when deliveries will be done

Calendar Weeks: These are the weeks when deliveries will be done

Locations: These are the locations where the schedules apply
