Store: This is the store Name Beginning Balance: This is the total items in stock before purchase is made from vendors

Sold QTY: This is the number of items sold

Return QTY: These are the items returned to the company

Received QTY: This is the total number of items received from vendors

Ending Balance: This is the total number of items after more items are added to the beginning balance

Calculated Balance: This is the balance from the system

Perpetual Ending Balance: This is the last balance based on physical count

Cost: This is the unit cost of items

Extended Cost: This is the total cost of items
