The Price Codes menu allow you to define simple or sophisticated pricing structures for specific inventory items in the Item file. For example, you can define different discount or mark– up percentages for different types of customers, based on the quantity of the item sold.

You can define a new pricing structure by clicking Add New Code

Price code: This is the unique price code/number

Description: This is the name of the applicable price code

Price type: This is the pricing structures for specific inventory items

Basis: This is the condition for applicable of the pricing
