The Budgets selection enables you to create budgets. In addition, you can:

• Print budgets, and
• Generate budgets
• Compare Actual vs projected

The upper section of the screen allows you to filter the specific budgets you want to view comparison based on the Year, Minimum Account Number, Maximum Account Number and Division.

Gl Year: The accounting year

Account no: The account numbers for the accounts you want to compare budgets

Store ID: The unique store identifier if you want to compare budgets based on stores

Begin Balance Quantity: Beginning accounting balance for the comparison period
