The Sales Order Search selection allows to find for information related to sales, distribution, point of sale and shipping of orders for your company within a specific date range.

You can search for orders based on customer information or invoice information.

The Customer Info Tab allows you to view information on customers associated with the order.

The Notes Tab allows you to add additional and option information on the order.

The Quotations tab allows you to view quotation for the various orders selected Quote #: This is a unique quotation number

Order #: This is a unique sales order identifier

Invoice#: This is a unique invoice number

Shipping #: This is a unique shipping number for every sale

Picking/Packing #: This is a unique number generated while packing or item is being picked to help in tracking

Purchase order#: This is a unique PO number

Quantity: This is the number of items ordered

Order Type: Allows you to specify if the search if for history items, open orders or both

Last Name: This is the customers last name

First Name: This is the customers first name

Address: This is the customer Address

Email Address: This is the customer email address

Phone #: This is the customer mobile number

Customer Ref: This is a unique customer identification number
