Part Number: This is the unique part numbers

Category ID: This is the unique category number

Name: This is the item name

Rep. Name: This is the sales representative name

Customer Name: This is the customer name

Demand Type: This depends on how your company has categorized demand levels

Schedule Date: This is the date when production is scheduled to start

Store Number: This is the unique store number

Quantity: This is the number of items scheduled to be produced.
