The Quick entry of orders screen allows you to capture orders quickly without first selecting the customer associated with the order or selecting the items first. You can quickly select the order type, import CSV or use paint tool to capture orders from existing templates.

Item Name: This is the name of the item you are interested in placing an order for.

Part #: This is the unique item parts number

Quantity: This is the number of items required

Details: This is the item description

Discount: This is the amount of discount available for the item

Unit Price: This is the cost of a single item

Total Price: This is the total cost of the items
