The GL Reports screen generates various financial statements that state how your company performed financially over a specified period of time. The financial statements can include Balance sheet, Profit & Loss among others.
The upper section allows you to filter the details of the financial report you want to prepare. You can define the company, reporting year, whether you display zero balance and consolidate the financials, display account numbers and the division you want to report for.
The lower section includes a listing of various financial statements such as balance sheet, P& L etc. that you can prepare.
Report: This includes a checkbox that allows you to select for the various reports you want to prepare
Identification
Form Name: This is the type of financial statement
Form Title: This is the name of your financial report
General Ledger Year: This is the year the GL was set-up
