The Item History Sales with Cost Screen allows you to view sales inventory within a certain year range or period range based with costs included. You can filter based on Location, Item, Class, Year, Period, Item Category and subcategory.

Item: This is the item code

Store: This is the store name

Name: This is the item name

Beg. Balance: This is the number of items in stock

Sold QTY: This is the number of items sold

Used QTY

Return QTY: This is the number of items returned to the store

Received QTY: This refers to all the items received in the warehouse

Ending Balance: This is is the number of items in the store after sales

Cost: This is the unit cost

Extended Cost: This is the total cost of items

On-Hand Available: This is the number of physical items

Actual Sold Qty: This is the actual number of items sold

Sold Amount: This is the value of sold items

Profit Margin: This is profit expressed as a percentage of the cost against selling price
