The Inventory Count Screen allows you to take a physical count of the inventory and compare against system recorded quantities.

Partnum: This is a unique part identifier

Part Name: These are the item part names

Inventory Entry Date: This is the date when the inventory was entered in the system

Perpetual Qty. This shows the amount of inventory on–hand as it occurs

Physical Qty. This is the actual quantity counted

Tag No. These are the item tags unique identifiers

Bin: This is the smallest addressable unit where items are stored

WO#: This is the work order number

Serial: These are item serial numbers

Discrepancy: Shows discrepancy between perpetual and physical inventory
